Before founding Lyndsay Fraser Architect in 2018, Lyndsay spent more than a decade with leading practices Halliday Fraser Munro and EMA in Edinburgh and Glasgow. During this time, her portfolio spanned a wide variety of projects: from the Hibernian Football Club East Stand at Easter Road and the Greenock Wanderers RFC Clubhouse, to the redevelopment of Niddrie Mill Primary and mixed-use developments such as Ingram Street in Glasgow and Garthdee in Aberdeen. Her work also included the allocation and master planning for the Cammo Estate in Edinburgh and design projects for major house builders including Barratt, Persimmon, and Cala. For Muir Homes, Lyndsay developed a premium housing range now used across Scotland.
Lyndsay's approach blends calm professionalism with creative problem-solving. Each project is a partnership with the client, drawing on attentive listening, clear communication, and a shared vision. From first ideas to final details, Lyndsay ensures that every home reflects the character, values, and everyday needs of the people who live there.
Whether for a renovation, extension, or new build, her work is defined by thoughtful design, collaborative spirit, and spaces that feel effortlessly personal.
